Served as Supervisor on projects across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, honing technical and management skills. Leadership Roles (1984 – 2005):

Production/Technical Manager (1984–1997): Managed dredgers, booster stations, and earth-moving equipment. Supervised the co-engineering and custom build of a 2,600 KW deep suction dredger. Project Manager, Van den Biggelaar BV Velddriel (1997–2005): Led dredging projects in Europe with contract values ranging from €500,000 to €40 million. Designed and supervised the construction of a 3,000 KW deep suction dredger for the company. Global Projects and Consultancy (2005 – Present):

Production Manager, Brightway Dredging and Marine Service Ltd (2005–2015): Oversaw major projects in Lagos and Port Harcourt, Nigeria, including water resource development and dredging operations.

Consultancy Roles: Provided expertise for Royal Haskoning on a new LNG Port in Gambia. Consulted on dredging projects in Anambra State, Nigeria, and supervised harbor developments in Turkey.
