He began his career at ExxonMobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, where he worked for a decade as a Facility Supervisor. During this time, he gained invaluable experience in facility management, operations, and engineering supervision within the oil and gas sector. His leadership and technical expertise were instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency and safety in high-stakes environments. Following his tenure at ExxonMobil, he transitioned into a leadership role at Global Dynamic Resources (GDR) Ltd, where he served as Head of Business and Administration. In this capacity, he played a key role in business strategy, operational management, and corporate development. Leveraging his wealth of industry experience and strategic vision, he went on to establish Hanson Dredging and Marine Services (HDMS) Ltd.
